Fredrick Musiimenta

Fredrick T. Musiimenta, the  Team Lead, ESG & Business Transition at Envirosure Consulting, is an accomplished professional with a diverse and robust background in project management, environmental sustainability, and governance. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management: Sports and Leisure from Kyambogo University. His academic credentials are further complemented by certifications in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from the Corporate Finance Institute in Canada, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (CESIA) from Makerere University/NEMA/UAIA, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.

As an ESG specialist, Fredrick is deeply committed to addressing climate change and sustainability issues. He has played an important role as the National Chief Adjudicator of the Green Schools Project, demonstrating his dedication to environmental education and youth engagement. His passion for climate action is also reflected in his role as a co-founder of the Uganda Dialogue Arena (UDA), an NGO focused on involving young people in environmental and climate change initiatives. Through UDA, he has significantly impacted the lives of young students by enhancing their understanding of climate issues and fostering innovative solutions.

In his capacity at Envirosure Consulting, Fredrick serves as both the ESG Team Lead and Managing Partner, driving business transition towards more sustainable practices. His extensive experience spans various sectors, including telecommunications, government agencies, and entrepreneurship centers. Notably, he has held positions such as Client Relations Executive with MTN Uganda, Project Officer, and Assistant Registration Officer with the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) Uganda.
