Zapharan Nakimuli

Nakimuli Zapharan is the Team Lead for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at Envirosure Consulting. She holds a Master of Science in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University, she is a NEMA-Certified ESIA practitioner with extensive expertise in environmental risk management, sustainable project implementation, and regulatory compliance. She also holds specialized certifications, including NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and a Certificate in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment.

Her professional journey spans over a decade, including leadership roles in technical operations and project management. Nakimuli has demonstrated excellence in conducting ESIAs, environmental audits, and managing waste treatment facilities. Her experience in supervising environmental and social safeguards during major infrastructural projects, such as water treatment plants and road upgrades, is evidence of her comprehensive understanding of environmental compliance and sustainability.
